I have been qualified since 2005 and I have counselled in a wide range of settings including charities, schools, a children’s centre and youth services. I am now self-employed and have been in private practice for four years. I am currently training to become a mindfulness teacher.
I provide face-to-face, online and telephone counselling and I aim to make my counselling services accessible, affordable and available to all. I offer concessions for students, senior citizens, people with disabilities and people who are unwaged or on a low income.
My main counselling approach is Person Centered. I also use other therapeutic approaches including solution-focused brief therapy, NLP and mindfulness.

8 years counselling at a Sure Start Children’s Centre providing a counselling service to adults and parents with young families.
Experience gained of counselling clients going through divorce, suffering abuse and domestic violence and relationship difficulties.
2 years working at a youth counselling service providing person-centred counselling to young people aged 11-25.
